Buyers from Non-EU countries, including the UK, will not pay tax at the checkout but will be required to pay tax and import fees when the shipment enters the destination country.

docodo reserves the right to refuse shipments to specific countries.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent unless you have selected untracked shipping, when no tracking information is provided.
docodo can not guarantee how long a shipment may take to arrive and is not responsible for any delays regarding shipping once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept the order upon attempted delivery, you will be asked to re-arrange delivery for an alternate date or to collect the goods from a specified place.
If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, you will be liable for the costs of re-delivery and the order will not be re-delivered until docodo has received payment in full for such costs.
